ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner complains that in spite of her representation dated 12.08.2015 the third respondent is not taking up petitioner's request for

mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-64 cents in survey No.135 at Dadawada, Komarolu Village and Mandal, Prakasam District.

3. Apparently, petitioner has made a representation on 12.08.2015 before the third respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
