ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to abide by G.O.Ms.No.66, Irrigation and Command Area Development (Reforms) Department, dated 20.04.2015, while awarding works in pursuance of Tender Notice, dated 01.10.2015. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the writ petition Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46250 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
