Petitioner, who is A1 in Cr.No.73 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Chinna Chowk U/G Police Station, Kadapa, YSR District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 IPC and 3, 4 and 5 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, filed this petition under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
