ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.123 of 2014 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur, to dispose of C.C.No.123 of 2014, within a period of six(6) months from today, without insisting on the presence of the petitioner/A3 herein on each and every date of hearing.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
