This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail in connection with Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 324, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s) and Section 3(2) (Va) of SC & ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Briefly the facts of the case are that, the petitioner married the defacto complainant/2nd respondent on 03.01.2021. The defacto complainant belongs to ST Community and the petitioner married the defacto complainant by suppressing the fact that he was already married with two children. The petitioner was arrested on 14.01.2022.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is already completed and notices have been served on the defacto complainant.

In the said circumstances, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 on certain terms and conditions: i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for likesum each to the satisfaction of learned II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar Police Station for a period of eight (08) weeks on every Sunday between 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. 7.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
