...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the . circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent No.1 herein in not passing any orders on the representation dt. g-2-2o19 submitted by petitioner for continuation in out of Designation Duties as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 1st respondent to co4tinue the petitioner in out of Designation duties permanently as controller or in the existing vacancy of Record Tracer.
