Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

In the present writ petition, challenge is to the order, dated 11.01.2018, passed by respondent No.2 in I.A.No.01 of 2018 in S.R.A.No.01 of 2018.

By virtue of the said order, respondent No.2 appellate authority stayed the operation of the order, dated 13.11.2017, passed by respondent No.3 in S.R.No.51 of 2015. 4.

Since the appeal against the orders passed by the primary authority is pending consideration, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.2 appellate authority to dispose of S.R.A.No.01 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
