HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31759 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the acts, deeds and things of the respondents in not referring the petitioner's case to the Corporate Medical Board of the Respondents company, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has to make representation to the General Manager, Srirampuri Area, instead, he made representation to the 1st respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application to the General Manager, Srirampuri Area.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application to the General Manager, Srirampuri Area, within a period of three weeks from today. On such application being made by the petitioner, the General Manager, Srirampuri Area, shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
