It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Commissioner of GHMC vide notice No.9280/07/02/2014/HO/265, dated 19/20.03.2018, returned the building application of the petitioners herein for want of legal heir certificate from the competent civil Court and the learned counsel seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedy open to the petitioners herein. 2.

The above submission of the learned counsel is placed on record and the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
