1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.389 of 2013 on the file of Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer referred the matter as civil in nature. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
