Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein filed W.P.No.19803 of 2009 wherein he had also raised the issue involved in the present case. Therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue W.P.No.19803 of 2009.

Permission is accorded and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
