No representation for the sole petitioner, who is arraigned as the accused in FIR in Crime No.431 of 2014 of P.S.Meerpet, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid on 04.08.2015 and it was registered as C.C.No.988 of 2015 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
