This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in seeking to acquire the land to an extent of 15 feet length and building covered by H.No.6-6-464, situated at Ravindranagar, Clock Tower to Narketpally Road, Nalgonda Town, Nalgonda District for the purpose of widening of the existing road from 80 feet to 150 feet without initiating the proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short 'the Act') and without paying compensation for value of the land and structures. 2.
The learned counsel for petitioner Mr. Somavarau Satyanarayna submits that the respondents are interfering with petitioner's possession in respect of H.No.6-6-464 situated at Ravindranagar, Clock Tower to Narketpally Road, Nalgonda Town, Nalgonda District, for the purpose of widening of the existing road without initiating the proceedings under the Act and without paying compensation for value of the land and structures. The learned counsel submits that the respondents without following due process of law are trying to interfere with the petitioner's possession and they are trying to demolish the structures. It is further submitted that it is not open for the respondents to go ahead without following due process of law.

Mr. N. Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that even as per the master plan, from 1977, there is a 100feet existing road. It is submitted that they are laying the road by removing the encroachments and while removing the encroachments, they will follow due process of law. 4.
Recording the submission of learned standing counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
