While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.1 and A.2 to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.86 of 2012 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 7-6-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.168 of 2014 on the file of IX M.M., Miyapur and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
