THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8881 of 2017 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.8326 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.125 of 2013 of CCC Naspur Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304-A IPC and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition, First Information Report and police final report.

The defacto-complainant/ 1st respondent herein and the accused are present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.No.8881 of 2017 sought permission to compound the offence and prayed to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted to compound the offence. In the result, Crl.P.M.P.No.8881 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.144 of 2015 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mancherial, against the petitioner/ accused. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
