This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedurg 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.843 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan \ Magishate at Rajendranagar, Cyberabad.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State. Perused the record.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

The case is of the year 2017. No interim orders were passed by this Court, when the case was filed stalling the proceedings. Hence, I am not inclined to keep the petition pending.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of \ granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
