THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11208 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the police authorities in not refunding the amounts invested by the petitioners in the fourth respondent company from out of the properties seized by them from the said company.
The Inspector of Police, CID, Regional Office, Warangal, filed a counter-affidavit stating that the immovable properties of the fourth respondent company were seized by the Crime Branch Police, Chennai, and the CID seized only a few gold medallions etc. and deposited the same before the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, vide CPR No.89 of 2008. Certain other properties were deposited before the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, vide CPR No.58 of 2010. In the light of the afore-stated averments, it is for the petitioners to take steps before the competent courts in accordance with law for redressal of their grievance.
Reserving liberty to the petitioners to do so, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
