This application is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No.93 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapally, Karmnagar District.

Learned counsel for respondent states that his client has no objection for such transfer.

Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed, and O.P.No.93 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy is transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapally, Karimnagar District. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
