The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the revision filed by him before respondent No.2-District Collector (Civil Supplies), Kurnool, on 29.01.2018, is not being disposed of.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the matter is posted for hearing on 17.03.2018, on which date, it would be heard and necessary orders would be passed within a reasonable time.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to complete the hearing of the matter on 17.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter.
