There was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 23.11.2017. So, the matter was adjourned by two weeks and posted to 25.01.2018. On 25.01.2018 also, there was no representation. Hence, the matter is posted for dismissal today. Heard and perused the record.

The petitioner-husband filed O.P.S.R.No. 3332 of 2007, which came to be rejected on the ground that the said O.P is not maintainable within one year from the date of marriage, in view of the embargo under Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act. 3.

A perusal of the record would show that the facts in issue clearly attract the embargo as enumerated in Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act. It is stated that by now, the parties must have worked out their remedy.
