Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitrator has heard the arguments and reserved the case for delivery of award.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that time for passing the award be extended up to 31.07.2024.

In view of the aforesaid joint submission, time to pass the award by the arbitrator is extended up to 31.07.2024.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed.
