While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.3, A.4, A.5, A.7 to A.16 to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.240 of 2013 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 29-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwal Police Station would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.382 of 2014 on the file of VI M.M., Medchal and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
