Today, when the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned counsel for the Petitioner Company that he filed a memo, dated 25.09.2018 along with the Memorandum of Settlement and Compromise Deed in the Registry stating that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and thereby, he prays for closure of this Company Petition.
