This appeal is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 27.11.2014, passed in MVOP.No.2287 of 2012 on the file of the learned XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. 3.
Permission is accorded and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, interim order, dated 07.01.2016, is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
