The instant writ petition is filed complaining inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the request of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the complaint made by the petitioner under the A.P. Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1977 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
