This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 09.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.510 of 2015 in O.S.No.423 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 04.12.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
