HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE M.S.K . J AISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13124 of 2016 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No. 37 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Maheswaram, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, and 420 IPC and Section 7 of EC Act. When the case is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State that the police have completed the investigation in the aforesaid crime and filed charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court and the said crime was numbered as CC No. 278 of 2016.

In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available under law. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed a withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
