I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to permit the petitioners - appellants to withdraw the present Second Appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellants, on the instructions of the appellants, also addressed a letter, dated 22.02.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission to withdraw the present Second Appeal, as the matter is settled out of Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered and the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
