ORDER

The petitioner is authorized dealer of fair price shop No.21, Pambapur-Deekshakunta Village, Bhupalpally Mandal and his authorization is in force. He lifted the stock for the month of July, 2017. But the 3rd respondent passed an order on 12.07.2017 suspending the authorization and directed the Tahsildar, Bhupalpally to make alternative arrangements for distribution of essential commodities to the card holders. Challenging the said order dated 12.07.2017, it appears that the petitioner filed an appeal before the Joint Collector and the Joint Collector has not yet disposed of the same. However, when no further proceedings were taken up by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

In spite of giving two opportunities to the learned Government Pleader, he did not get any instructions with regard to the further action taken pursuant to the order dated 12.07.2017. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the 3rd respondent either to take further action and complete the same within a period of three moths from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order or restore the petitioner's authorization, if he does not want to take any action. It is needless to observe that the 3rd respondent shall complete the same following the principles of natural justices in case he wants to take action. No costs.
