THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEPT CASE No. 603 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client instructed him not to press the contempt case and he sought liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in W.P.No.30625 of 2017.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
