CVNR,J & MSKJ,J C.M.A.No.660 of 2017 13.07.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The grievance of the appellants, simple and short, is that the Court below has not been disposing of I.A.No.90 of 2017 filed for vacating status quo order, dated 20.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.662 of 2015 in O.S.No.539 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. In the grounds of appeal prepared in April, 2017, it is stated that after I.A.No.90 of 2017 was filed, the case was listed three times and that same has not been disposed of.

At the hearing, Mr.Omar A Pasha, learned counsel for the appellants, has submitted that after filing of this appeal, I.A.No.90 of 2017 was adjourned two more times and that the Court below is not disposing of the said I.A.

In the light of the above innocuous grievance, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.90 of 2017 in O.S.No.539 of 2015 expeditiously and not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, C.M.A.M.P.Nos.1092, 1093 and 1094 of 2017 filed by the appellants shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
