THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL CONTEMPT CASE No.2054 of 2016 ORDER:

Alleging that the order of this Court in Crl.P.No.12393 of 2016, dated 27.08.2016 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present contempt case is filed.

During course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in compliance with the orders of this Court, the subject vehicle, as directed, has been released for interim custody of the petitioner on 27.10.2016, and said fact is not denied by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
