This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action
of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in issuing the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.K1/4432/2015, dated 23-06-2015, and Rc.No.C/2996/2014, dated 27-06-2015, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to set aside the same.
At the hearing, Mr.Y.Lakna Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, admitted that the petitioner is neither a natural person nor a juristic person.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition in the name of the petitioner is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed on this short ground alone.
