This writ petition is filed by the petitioners on the apprehension that the respondents are intending to acquire their lands situated at Chintalapalli Village, Sangem Mandal, Warangal District, for public purpose without giving opportunity to them and without invoking the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the apprehension of the petitioners is ill-founded as the subject lands are not being acquired and no notification is issued in that behalf. 3.

In that view of the matter, recording the submission made by the Learned Asst. Government for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
