HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4073 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to declare that the petitioners are entitled for the arrears of Grant in Aid Salary from the date of their respective approval in the Grant in Aid as per the G.O.Rt.No.144 dated 4.11.2000.

This Court on 01.03.2007, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.5202 of 2007, to the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.12.2006 of the petitioners for payment of arrears of salary in terms of G.O.Rt.No.144 dated 4.11.2000.

The learned Government Pleader for Education submits that the claim for payment of arrears of the petitioners was rejected vide proceedings of District Education Officer in Rc.No.1298/A3/2007-14. As the rejection order was passed on 15.7.2014, the writ petition can be closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies against the proceedings dated 15.07.2014.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies against the proceedings dated 15.07.2014. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
