Sri V. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy including institution of writ petition. According to learned counsel, cause in the writ petition does not survive since possession was already taken by the respondents and the petitioners have to work out their remedies seeking resumption of the possession.
