This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.10 of 2014 pending on the file of the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, on various grounds.

Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to issue a direction to the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, to decide the D.V.C.No.14 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is no need to go into the merits of the case to decide and record a finding. However, acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to issue a direction to the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, to decide D.V.C.No.10 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably not latter than six months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. 6.
