THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18050 OF 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter dated 10.04.2018 before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition by contending that a promise is made by the respondent authorities to retain the petitioners land in the event of withdrawal of the writ petition, however, no such commitment is placed on record.

While granting liberty to withdraw the writ petition, the petitioners cannot seek to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court for the same cause of action, however, it is open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies if any fresh cause of action arises. Interim orders granted earlier by this Court, if any, in this case stands vacated.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
