ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the Notice vide Rc.No.523/2011-D dated 21.09.2011 purportedly issued under Section 32 (1) (1A) by the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act and the Rules made thereunder and to consequently set aside the same."

At the hearing, Sri V.Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.34357 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
