HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2535 OF 2019 ORDER :

When the matter has come up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet before the concerned Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
