HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6991 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 & A4 to A6 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.642 of 2013 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Section 498-A IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 07.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, W.P.S Saroornagar, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 30.03.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.642 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

There is no representation for petitioners/A2 & A4 to A6. 4.
