This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"To issue in the interim & direct the 2nd respondent to place the application made by the petitioner on 20.03.2017 before 6th respondent in the immediate next SLC meeting, to take appropriate action as per sub-category A.6 of C.E.C Order, in the interest of justice." 2.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in an identical this Court passed an order in W.P.No.1769 of 2009, dated 06.01.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

Following the above said order in W.P.No.1769 of 2009, dated 06.01.2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
