THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3190 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.587 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 406, 471 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

It is submitted that parties to the litigation have compromised the matter. If that is the case, the petitioners have remedies available under law. If the offences are compoundable, the petitioners can do so at the stage of crime also before the Lok Adalat, in accordance with law. 4.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
