This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, in mutating the name of the petitioner in Town Survey Land Records (TSLR) in respect of land admeasuring Acs.16.20 guntas in Survey No.205, situated at Mahboob Bagh, Gudimalkapur, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.12.2013.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

As per the material placed on record, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, to mutate the aforementioned land in his name, in the year 2013. Much time has been elapsed. It has been submitted on behalf of the respondents that the application, dated 17.12.2013, of the petitioner is not being traced out.

Under these circumstances, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar,

Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, seeking the similar relief. In the event of submission of such representation by the petitioner, the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, may dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
