Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 & 2, and Smt K.Lalitha, Counsel for 3rd respondent. 2.

It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court on 19.10.2016 in WP.MP.No.43429 of 2016 in W.P.No.35244 of 2016 is being implemented and that the petitioner is being allowed to perform duties of Vratha Purohit Grade III in the 3rd respondent Institution. Therefore I am not inclined to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
