THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6890 OF 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 are making constructions in an extent of 197 sq. yards at D.No.4-1-161, Attapur, Rajendranagar Mandal without obtaining any permission and sanctioned plan. A civil litigation is also pending between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 in O.S.No.2001 of 2012 on the file of VIII Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, for partition and petition filed a representation on 05.01.2015 to the respondent authorities for taking action. As no action is being taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned G.P.for Municipal Administration, appearing for the first respondent and Sri C.Damodar Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4. Learned standing counsel submits that notice under Section 452(1) of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act is already issued and further action is being taken and it is submitted that respondent-authorities will take further action.

In view of the same, as already action is initiated on the representation of the petitioners, respondent authorities are directed to take further action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
