HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.7847 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the Petitioners-A1 to A3 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.5 of 2015 of Nizamabad III Town Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420, 506 and 120B I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that, after completion of investigation in the aforesaid Crime No.5 of 2015, the police referred the case as civil in nature. In the light of aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate Court as and when need arises.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
