ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this Court in WP No.17524 of 2016, dated 04.07.2016, whereunder the 3rd respondent was directed to consider the representation dated 18.1.2016 forwarded by the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Construction and Operation, Paderu, on 4.2.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, an order was passed on 27.09.2016 and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
