Heard.

As the material placed on record is insufficient to go into the merits of the matter by left open all the defences to raise before the trial Court, the Criminal Petition is disposed of without prejudice to that and so far as the difficulty expressed for personal appearance for every adjournment concerned, liberty is given by virtue of this order to approach the trial Court under Rule 37 of the Criminal Rules of Practice for one to represent the others to consider with necessary conditions including personal appearance as and when required.
