01. 29.03.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 17.06.2021 in Crl.P.No.3789 of 2021.

This Court vide order, dated 17.06.2021 directed the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 to appear before the Investigating Officer concerned on first Monday of every month till completion of investigation and filing of final report.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 would submit that the petitioners are complying with the order of this Court. The respondent-police did not choose to file charge sheet in the subject crime, though nine months time has been elapsed.

Under these circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court, vide order, dated 17.06.2021 in Crl.P.No.3789 of 2021 directing the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 to appear before

the Investigating Officer concerned on first Monday of every month is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
